What we collect
- Calculators: they run entirely in your browser. What you type isn't sent to us or stored by us.
- Purchases: we are the seller. Stripe, Inc. processes payments for us on its secure checkout page and collects your name, email, payment details, and billing location under Stripe's Privacy Policy. We receive your name, email, billing country/ZIP, what you bought, and order details, and use them to deliver your purchase, give refunds and support, and keep tax and accounting records. We never see your full card number.
- Emails you send us: your email address and what you write.
- Website hosting: our host, Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages), processes limited log data about visits to the site, mostly IP addresses along with request details such as the page requested, browser type, and time, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse and attacks. Cloudflare says it keeps this kind of log data only for a limited period of time; see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. We don't add analytics or extra logging of our own.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the business: Stripe (payment processing and refunds), Cloudflare (site hosting and delivery of your download), and the email service we use to receive and answer support email. We also share information if the law requires it. We don't sell or “share” personal information for cross-context advertising, and we don't use ad networks.
Cookies, tracking, and “Do Not Track”
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, ads, or trackers. We don't track visitors across other websites and don't allow third parties to do so on our site, so there's nothing for a browser “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal to turn off. We honor both. Stripe's checkout pages are run by Stripe and follow Stripe's own privacy policy.
We email you about your purchase, including any free updated file that comes with it. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@ledgerkitsexpress.com or writing to 11440 W Bernardo Ct, Suite 300, San Diego, CA 92127. We'll respond within 45 days. We may keep order records we're required to keep for tax purposes. We won't treat you differently for making a request.
Children
Our products are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above, and post a notice on the home page for 30 days.
