1. What we sell

We sell spreadsheet workbooks and free calculators for California landlords, workers, and freelancers. They are general-information and organizing tools. They are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney or tax professional. We don't review your situation, prepare tax returns, fill in notices or forms for you, or represent you, and buying a product doesn't create an attorney-client or preparer-client relationship. 2. Who sells to you and how payment works

You buy directly from Frank Sanchez, doing business as Ledger Kits Express (the seller). Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. under Stripe's Privacy Policy; we never see your full card number. Prices are in U.S. dollars, and sales tax, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing in these terms limits any chargeback or dispute right you have through your card issuer or bank. Our refund promise is in our Refund Policy.

2a. Delivery

After your payment goes through, you're taken to a private download page for the workbook you bought. Please save the file right away. If anything goes wrong with your download, or you lose the file, email support@ledgerkitsexpress.com and we'll send it again.

3. Your license

When you buy a workbook, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for properties, households, or a business that you own or manage. Your own bookkeeper, tax preparer, or attorney may use your copy to help you. You may not resell, share publicly, or redistribute the files or templates.

4. Accuracy and updates

Every product shows a “current as of” date and has an update log. Laws, inflation figures, and IRS/FTB guidance change. Local rent ordinances and individual facts can change the result. Check the official source linked in each workbook before you file, pay, or send anything. Products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent the law allows.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. This section doesn't limit liability for fraud, willful injury, or violation of law, or any right that can't be waived under California law.

6. Reviews welcome

You're free to post honest reviews, good or bad, anywhere. Nothing in these terms restricts that.

7. Accessibility

We want the site and workbooks to be usable by everyone. If something isn't accessible to you, email support@ledgerkitsexpress.com and we'll provide the content in another format or fix it.

8. Disputes

Email us first, and most problems get fixed fast. California law governs these terms. Either of us may bring a claim in small claims court. Otherwise, claims go to the state or federal courts for San Diego County, California, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else. There is no arbitration requirement.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Changes don't affect purchases made or disputes started before the change.
